Chef Valdemar Guerreiro trained Culinary and Pastry School of Hospitality Faro, trainined cooking with “Gigi Patot” in New Orleans, training in Mexican cuisine in the College Ibero-Americano in Mexico and worked with Chef’s awarded Michelin stars, Valdemar Guerreiro is known as a great Executive Chef.

With extensive experience in restaurants around the world (Mexico, United States, Africa, England and Portugal) and having worked in different styles of restaurants, such as “Haute Cuisine”, “Buffet” and “Kitchen Theme,” Valdemar Guerreiro is ready to serve you cooked typical Portuguese “Kitchen of the World” or even specific dishes varied from “Kitchens Issue”, such as Mediterranean, Asian, Sushi, Polynesian, African, French, Italian and Indian.
